I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this book but I figured given some of the stress and anxiety in my life, it was worth a try. Upon opening the package, I really liked the detail of the images and the quality of the paper used to make the book. Christina Rose also includes inspiring and insightful messages on every other page of the book which also help to contribute to the notion of stress relief.It's wonderful and I will likely purchase more of Christina's work in the future.
